Use of Third-Party ToolsTo help write the personalised letter, we may use trusted third-party tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT).
We only share the minimal information needed to generate the letter (usually the child’s first name, age, and the creative details you submitted).We do not send addresses, sensitive personal information, or anything unrelated to the creative content.5. The service is currently offered free of charge as a personal, non-commercial hobby project.In the future, small charges may be introduced to cover materials, printing, postage, or time involved.
If this happens, clear information will be provided before any payment is required.2.
